Mike discusses a recent case in which he was asked to give an opinion on standard of care and overall case merit. The case involves a woman who presented to the ER with trouble swallowing and the onset of vomiting.

In this episode we discuss two cases. In the first case Mike was brought in to provide a comprehensive Medical Summary Report and found an undiagnosed Mild Traumatic Brain Injury that was then included as a damage in the case and provided the client with the appropriate medical care. In the second case Armin was asked if the multiple traumatic injuries sustained by a client could have caused the sudden onset of his diabetes. His opinions may surprise you.
